Lately I found there are always black borders around the links, just like below:
I thought it a bug in some websites, but it turns out to be a new feature in Chrome as I accidentally viewed the same sites in Edge and did not get the same issue.
That’s so ugly that I cannot believe it could be an important feature in the new release of Chrome.
Our clients start complaining from this Monday. I explained but still had to make some work-around changes to remove the disgusting outlines.
Personally I am just simply disabling the flag: chrome://flags/#form-controls-refresh in Chrome but I cannot ask all our clients to do so.
Bad feature, bad chrome.
